Bolland & Crust was founded in 2008 . A particular indulgence for cooking over fire has lead us to specialise in spit roasts, barbeques and slow cooked cauldrons. We take great care in sourcing only the best reared animals from proud British farmers and cook over the finest quality wood and charcoal from the UK. In addition to show stopper spit roasts we offer delicious, innovative menus to suit any occasion. We understand that each client is different and work hard to deliver quality, authenticity & style.

 

Our passion for food & drink alongside a love for a spectacle, Bolland & Crust deliver a blend of catering and production to set your event alight.
 

Be it a simple spit roast and BBQ in your back garden, a personal dinner party amongst friends or an elaborate, themed or formal sit down dinner with table decorations and full cocktail bar we have the experience to make your event an all-round gastronomical success.

 

Our founder Max Bolland begun his cooking career in the south of France at the age of 21 working in a popular local restaurant in a small village in Provence. Since then he has cooked all around England and France including spells at L’Auberge De Chassignolles, The Rochelle Canteen, The Olde Bell, The Scolt Head, Melrose and Morgan and  most recently helped to open Beagle in Hoxton.
