Our salads & sides are the perfect accompaniment to our spit roasts, BBQ’s, cauldrons, or just great on their own. Drawing on influences from across the world we take great pride in making sure they are delicious in taste and delightfully presented. Impress your guests and leave all the hard work to us. We cater for small more personable parties where we can either drop off the prepared food with clear and simple heating instructions or supply a chef and server so you can kick back and not worry about a thing.

Spit Roasts

Carefully sourced our lamb, hog and beef spit roasts are slowly cooked over a mixture of the best selected British wood and charcoal; to optimise the most delicious aromas, tastes and succulent results. By moving the wood & charcoal around the fire pit this age old technique allows us to intensify or reduce the heat under any which parts of the animal we see fit. The end result is a perfectly cooked and tender beast and in the case of the holy hog, crispy crackling all over.

All our spit roasts come with delicious home made accompaniments and freshly baked buns or wraps.

We take great care in sourcing only the best reared animals from proud British farmers and cook over the finest quality wood and charcoal from the UK. About Us

Born in 2008 out of our passion for food & drink alongside a love for a spectacle, Bolland & Crust deliver a blend of catering and production to set your event alight.

Be it a simple spit roast and BBQ in your back garden, a personal dinner party amongst friends or an elaborate, themed or formal sit down dinner with table decorations and full cocktail bar we have the experience to make your event an all-round gastronomical success.

Our Head Chef Max Bolland begun his cooking career in the south of France at the age of 21 working in a popular local restaurant in a small village in Provence. Since then he has cooked all around England and France including spells at L’Auberge De Chassignolles, The Rochelle Canteen, The Olde Bell, The Scolt Head, Melrose and Morgan and  most recently helped to open Beagle in Hoxton.
